On march 2008 Bush was in office.

On march 2009 Obama had been in office two months.

Bush created the mess and from the very start Obama has improved the numbers.

Please pull your head out of the governments ass. The employment commission has rules that are set. When your benefit period ends you don't start over and get more money. You go off unemployment. and that’s why the numbers will drop. If the unemployment numbers dropped then you can show a rise in new jobs can't you?
