Sounds like some of you are waking up. Now if you could just cast the blame aside and admit that political affiliation has little to do with American foreign policy.

There were Republicans in the House and Senate who were doing that very thing before WWII....praising how Hitler was running Germany.

Democrats were the one who praised Hitler's policies. They especially praised Mussolini's policies. In fact, the New Deal was modeled on Mussolini's policies.

Shit, they were loving Assad during the Bush administration. Why? Because Bush took a hardline with Assad, didn't trust the guy. Looks like Bush was right...

There are very few in the ME that anyone could trust. But Assad still beats the hell out of having to deal with al Nusra.

ME policy has always been for any Western leader a "rock and a hard place" kinda deal.

And you are quite correct.

Kerry, Clinton and others used to sing Assad's praises during the Bush years.
