Does it really matter ?
He is one of many here who should be spending more time trying to cope with their mental imbalance and poor health , imho.
He probably is a romancer but how does that really affect you or anybody else here ?
Probably depressed and lonely and in a kind way , clueless .
Either try and throw him some sound advice -- they rarely listen -- or treat him like a family pet .
