What? Are we at the point now whereby the Russians are, by the losing individuals/groups, a fitting scapegoat for every loss and win?

• Will Masterchef contestants blame the Russians for hacking the competitors' stoves and ovens?
• Will Olympic athletes blame the Russians for hacking event clocks and/or playing fields?
• Will Jeopardy contestants allege the Russians hacked their "clickers?"
  
• Maybe the Russians hacked the Patriots' footballs, thereby causing "Inflate-gate?"
• Will players of charades and Trivial Pursuit too blame the Russian's?

I don't know what role, if any, the Russians had in the UK general election. I know that the Brits who matter are aware of and accept the role that Russia hand in the U.S.' 2016 election. Presumably they took steps to ensure the same didn't happen in their election. (Then again, given the time between when they announce an election and when it happens, they may not have needed to do much, if anything. It's not as though Russians or any other adversary had much time to develop and implement an election intervention plan.)
