Proof of Everything We Warned You About....

It never stops being funny when rightwingers refer to president Obama's 'radical ideology',

since not one of them can name anything radical in his ideology.

Obama has a very radical version of how to interpret the constitution. From wars to HC Obama takes positions that the FF made clear are unconstitutional.

Also it's pretty clear Obama is a racist and hates white people, I mean, he did go to a racist church for 20 years... I have the feeling if that were something Mitt did it would be on the front page of these boards everyday.

This is what I mean. You have nothing.

btw, Mitt Romney was a member of an OFFICIALLY racist church and did missionary work FOR that church.

I don't see you and your pals putting that on the front page of this board every day, so, in short,

you are full of shit as usual.

We have to be especially careful about believing stuff we want to believe just because it confirms our bias.

I would be just as cautious about accepting one partisan book writer's word as another. The author of this anti-Obama book may be a bigger liar than Obama. ;)

The grandfather detention story was told to Obama by his step-grandmother, and she repeated it herself to the media. So that is not a Barack Obama lie. You can't blame a man for believing what his grandma told him.

The other stuff, I will not just take the word of someone I have never heard of. Whether his name is Obama or Maraniss.

It's not an "anti-Obama" book. Maraniss is a liberal.

Maraniss spoke out and said he doesn't like people using his research on Obama's book against him. He said Obama wrote the books in order to discover himself. So, there is the final word from the left- they weren't lies in his book, it's an journey self discovery and Obama's memory of events have since evolved.

Obama was originally tagged to write a book addressing racism. Of course, he has to make everything about himself and since there apparently weren't enough hardships in his own life to write about, he had to make stuff up.

And then there's this...

how do you prove they are communists?

Glad you asked.

1. While many are aware of the years Obama spent at the feet of the racialist, anti-American minister, Rev. Jeremiah Wright at the Trinity United Church of Christ, very few are cognizant of his earlier introduction to revolutionary-infused religion at the a far-left activist church that may have helped provide the president's initial political education.

a. “The Hawaii church where President Obama attended Sunday school as a boy has "always" been involved in political activism, the church's pastor told WND in an interview. "The Sunday school has always been and to this day still is involved in political activism," said Rev. Mike Young, pastor of First Unitarian Church of Honolulu.
b. First Unitarian, a member of the Unitarian Universalist denomination, served as a sanctuary for draft dodgers and was strongly tied to the Students for a Democratic Society, or SDS, during the time Weatherman radical Bill Ayers was a leader in that organization. The Weathermen was an offshoot of the SDS. Obama, however, likely learned values during his Sunday school days at the First Unitarian in the early 1970s. In his autobiography, "Dreams from My Father," Obama recounts on page 17 moving to Hawaii and being enrolled in the Unitarian church. When Obama's maternal grandmother died last November, the memorial service, attended by the then–presidential candidate, was held in Honolulu's Unitarian church. Obama tied to Ayers … at age 11

2. Obama hid his Unitarian connections during the campaign. In a 2006 speech, Obama explained:

"I was not raised in a particularly religious household, as undoubtedly many in the audience were. My father, who returned to Kenya when I was just two, was born Muslim but as an adult became an atheist. My mother, whose parents were non-practicing Baptists and Methodists, was probably one of the most spiritual people and kindest people I've ever known, but grew up with a healthy skepticism of organized religion herself. As a consequence, so did I."

But Obama's 2006 speech contradicted his own memoir Dreams from My Father (p17) in which he writes of his grandfather:

"In his only skirmish into organized religion, he would enroll the family in the local Unitarian Universalist congregation...." Archived-Articles: The Unitarian Church and Obama's Religious Upbringing

a. Stanley and Madelyn Dunham in 1955 picked up and relocated 2,000 miles from Texas to Seattle. The next year they relocated to Mercer Island specifically so their daughter, Obama's future mother Stanley Ann Dunham could attend Mercer Island High School. Another attraction: The East Shore Unitarian Church, also a hotbed of leftist activism.

3. One year earlier, Mercer Island schools had distinguished themselves in a way which might have caused others to avoid them. The Chicago Tribune explains,

a. "In 1955, the chairman of the Mercer Island school board, John Stenhouse, testified before the House Un-American Activities Subcommittee that he had been a member of the Communist Party." http://www.valfoubert.com/Strong Personalities Shaped a Future Senator.pdf

b. The Chicago Tribune mentions a description of the Dunham's chosen church as "The Little Red Church on the Hill". According to its own website, East Shore Unitarian Church got that name because of, "Well-publicized debates and forums on such controversial subjects as the admission of ‘Red China' to the United Nations...." Mercer Island's John Stenhouse, according to his 2000 obituary, once served as church president possibly contributing to the ‘red' label.

The Dunhams moved to Honolulu in 1960 after Ann graduated and quickly became friends with leftists such as now-Rep. Neil Abercrombie (D-HI) and Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis. Obama's mother-to-be enrolled at the University of Hawaii and soon met Barack Obama Sr. in a Russian language class. She would remain affiliated with the University for most of her life. Obama didn't write "Dreams," Bill Ayers wrote it.

If you read Jack Cashill's book "Deconstructing Obama" you, too, will be convinced.

Fraud: Obama Exposed!

“Deconstructing Obama,” by Jack Cashill
Lecture can be found at Search - C-SPAN Video Library

This, from one of the reviews on Amazon.com:
“As someone who at one time was an Obama supporter, as well as someone who loves language, I found this a fascinating book. Cashill's thesis is that Dreams From My Father was not written by Obama but by Bill Ayers, and not just as a ghost writer, but as author. What's more, the book is not really Obama's life story but a story concocted by Ayers …Cashill offers extensive evidence to support this thesis, and it's not just the language and story-line similarities between Dreams and Ayers' own book. There are many inconsistencies in Obama's life story, some of which he's recounted himself at various times.

What interested me almost as much as the exploration of the truth of Obama's life story is the way the media showed no interest in investigating any of it.”

Beyond exposing the fraud that Obama has proven to be, there will, I am certain, be fascinating future studies attempting to explain how so many self-described 'brilliant' observers of the political scene....Liberals, Progressives, Democrats all....fell so precipitiously, totally for this charlatan.

Guess our Leftist friends have revealed that they're not so bright, after all.

Out of the goodness of a conservative heart, let me re-introduce them to the great Ronald Reagan's motto: in the future,

"Trust, But Verify."

President Obama once ate two lobster rolls off a stripper's ass. And Hitler was there. And they conspired to make gas prices triple and for gay people to get married.

Your posts are jejune, the attempts at humor stultifyingly juvenile...and the pretend nonchalance, transparent.

Don't try to hide the pain.....confess: he is an incompetent fraud in whom you invested your love, and trust.

And, just like the political philosophy he espouses, his promises and potential proved vacuous.

Now, promise that you'll try to do a better job of vetting next time.

Dismissed.

I missed "Kenyan Mau Mau". You forgot that part.

deanie, post #97 applies to you, as well....

....except that I have grave doubts as to your ability to vet a candidate beyond the letter "D" or "R" before their name.

Have a meditative day, deanie.

Obama lied in his book??

WOW Color me shocked.

Can't say it surprises me. I've considered the guy a smooth talking shyster from day one.
