Garbage propaganda. What about state and local taxes which the non-rich pay at about twice the rate of the rich. Google the only tax graph you need to know. The brainwashed can only talk about federal income taxes.not even federal payroll taxes which are as much as income taxes now.

Not at all. Groups don't have any rights that the individuals that make up the group have individually. No individual has the right to prevent a private company from buy property and setting up a business.

City governments have responsibility and the authority to manage their areas as they see fit. They an require building permits and set safety codes and require inspections, and issue business permits, etc etc etc. all legal and within their authority and purview

Sorry, but "legal authority" is something entirely separate from rights. Whatever city governments "require," or have the "legal authority" to do, that doesn't make it a "right." Salem had the "legal authority" in 1693 to hang people accused of witchcraft. Was that a right?

The way I'd like it to work is for the local government to restrict itself to preventing rape, assault, robbery, theft, fraud and murder. Otherwise, it should keep its nose out of other people's business.
