A corrupted island that has blown tens of billions of dollars and tens of billions more in a region of islands with many having poverty. I am betting you we sent billions of dollars there and a lot of it is not accountable. Trump can not say anything because he would be called a hater worse then he is now. The stench is so bad that free government money was rejected to make naval base Roosevelt Roads and the island of Vieques political issues and it reduced money and jobs associated with it. Face it.
