It's illegal if they are not consenting adults, and I am willing to be that in the porn industry here in the US there are few minors because of regulations. Do some slip through the cracks? Probably but regulation helps to keep minors out of the business. I feel the same way about prostitution. If it was made illegal, that would just open up the underground market for it, and then there is absolutely NO regulation on what goes on. The way it is now, people CAN get away if they so choose. There's only so many ways to have sex, and depict people having sex. Hence Gonzo porn (outrageous acts.) What comes to my mind when I think "porn" and what comes to someone else's is likely different. I like older 'graphic lovemaking' type stuff, not the purely mechanical depictions that make money.
