Except the Russian side has not gained any ground since the AFU ceded Lysychansk. The Russians are shelling from the refinery west of the city.

If you zoom the map far enough you might see some movement, lol. This war has been essentially static since the refocus on the Donbas.

Can you show us where the 2nd largest army in the world has gained territory in the last 4 months? A little bit around Popasna and SDontesk/Lysychansk are the only places, which is basically nothing to show for 3 months of fighting (the Donbas offensive officially began on April 18), and hundreds of thousands of tons of ammunition expended. And they've probably lost about same amount of ground around Kharkiv and Kherson in the process.

Ukraine has a shorter and more defensible line now in the Donbas, and they are taking out Russian armor again every day...
