Oh, this is really going to go over big with the American people, isn't it ? Elizabeth (Pocahontas) Warren, after weeks of refusing to say how she might pay for her grandiose "Medicare For All" scheme, now says she will cut the military budget, as part of the scenario. Well, if she has any hope of getting to the White House,se better drop that one fast. Just think of how the idea of expanding welfare (including for illegal aliens) at the expense of our troops in the field, and our defenses at home, is going to go over in the conservative South, and the great band of red states in the midwest and mountain west.
Hey, so what if our troops' humvees are without full armor to shield them from AK-47 bullets ? So what if they have to go around scrounging up metal garbage can lids to use in place of that armor ? So what if the army and marines get less comfortable and inferior boots for their 20 mile marches ?
Just think! In exchange, we'll be getting millions of new illegal aliens pouring in here to get free medical care, filling up our ERs and hospital rooms. Great huh ?
Maybe Pocahontas is betting that she can get enough foreign invaders in red states to vote for her, to offset the votes of AMERICANS, who will be voting in droves, for Trump. If she were able to accomplish that, it would be very sad day for America, and would put us well on the way to being unable to defend ourselves, at home and abroad.
The contrasts between President Trump's sane, protective policies, and the opportunistic recklessness of Democrat leadership couldn't be more clear.
