7:30 or so, off to work I go. The wonders of "Catholic Schools Week." Mass at 9. Open house follows, 'Until all parents leave the building.' Could be 1pm, though few will come for the middle school. It's not like there's anything that needs to be done during the weekend.

We just learned that my son's school is closing at the end of this year. No celebration of Catholic Schools week in our town. Bishop Galante has no interest in Catholic education - just shore real estate.

But yeah, bummer for you having to work on your day off, but I hope it gets your school more students so you can stay open!
