There's a difference between Arab-Israeli and Arab-Palestinian.
Arab-Israeli's do the same but at the same time many choose to integrate, speak Hebrew well and live in the cities...without living on each others heads like in the villages. They basically enjoy better quality of life than in any other Arab country.
