Arabs are entitled to free education and healthcare just like the Jews. Arabs have freedom to the courts, petition the government, RELIGION, speech and press. An Arab can sue a Jews under the same laws and restrictions in which a Jews can sue a Jews or Arab.

Arabs are afforded all the same rights as the secular Israel Laws afford all Israelis regardless of race, creed or religion.

Jews stated emigrating back to their homeland during the 1800s. As the Jews started coming and greating lush farmland and an economy the Arabs started to come also. But it wasn't until the British rule that the largest influx of Arabs came to Israel. After 1917, Arabs could immigrate without restrictions or even being questioned. Jews were forbiddened to immigrate. The vast majority of the people who call themselves Palestinians came after 1917! That is a FACT!
