It wouldn't surprise me if these guys if they get sick file suit against the city for negligence.The argument would be that the city knowingly and with malice let them sleep in an area with no fresh running water no
protection from the elements no means for them to have sanitary conditions and such...
Find a nice Lib slip and fall lawyer and these people will use the system to "get paid"....

I have not supported any such bogus claim by either side. I may have noted the faux outrage by the left when the shoe is on the other foot. Considering the fact that the left makes the claims first and then whines like little girls when some enterprising rightie returns the favor.

How it is perfectly legal and right for OWS protestors to illegally seize Public property, violate numerous laws at all levels of Government, protect criminal behavior and invite speakers to enlighten them whose speech includes resorting to violence, all with no connection of the movement to any such activities, claiming a 1st Amendment right. The only time I say " There is a god" is when I am happy about something, but that is just me. And no it isn't a nice thing to say.

It is one thing to disagree with these people, it is another to make a statement like that when there could be a serious health issue. Which could spread to other people not involved in the movement. I personally, don't get over joyed over these sort of things.
