O'Reilly puts the nail in the coffin

Well, be honest, you guys just got around to realizing the Clintons were idiots. What took ya so long?

George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton were good presidents.

Reagan and Bush Jr. were borrow and spend idiots.

Funny how all you libs deride O'Rielly when he disagrees with you, but champion him when he agrees. :eusa_whistle:

If it's one issue that can unite all Americans; it's that Bush is a complete moron. O'Reilly should of said this earlier.

It's bullshit for the Republicans to all jump all over Bush now though. They're all trying to save their own asses. For years they followed everything he said, supported him, voted with every bill, etc.

But now since the Republican Party is trying to act like it wasn't their fault Bush was in office, they start to say how bad of a leader he is,etc.

I seem to remember O'Reilly forcing Obama to say the surge worked better than anyone expected.

I thought they were going to eat Obama up for that, but it didn't make the headlines.

And I don't champion O'Reilly for anything. You know the saying, "you can bang 1000 women but if you blow one guy you are a cock sucker for life"?

One interview does not wipe out 8 years of bullshit.

Amen. Nothing from now until election day should save the GOP. Too fucking little too fucking late.

Mccain and Palin are trying to separate themselves from the Republican party, they wont take any responsibility for anything that has gone on the last 8 years

I KNEW O'Reilly liked Obama when he interviewed him, but this is kinda surprising... good for him.

You mean you were surprised that O'Reilly didn't live up to your preconceived notion that he pushes one candidate over another by changing the way he carries out interviews based on their party affiliation? O'Reilly interviewed McCain, Bush and Hillary Clinton, numerous politicians from both parties -with the very same level of respect he had in his interview with Obama. McCain has agreed to another interview with O'Reilly before the election -and O'Reilly will undoubtedly show this same level of respect he did with Obama. The only time he doesn't is if a politician attempts to use his show for spewing political rhetoric instead of answering the question or tries to use his show as a political campaign rally.

But when O'Reilly interviews a Republican with the very same level of respect he gives to Democrats -you liberal extremists invariably insist he is showing BIAS in favor of that Republican. BS -his agenda is to try and get politicians to answer questions he thinks the public would most like to have answered and would ask that candidate themselves if they could -about ISSUES important to them. But O'Reilly has always been determined to stop anyone from using his show as their own personal campaign rally -regardless of party. But Democrats are so used to being allowed to do so by the liberal broadcast news stations and other cable news stations, they feel it isn't "fair" unless those interviewing them on a Fox show don't let them too. Republicans are much more used to that treatment anyway from the liberal media so it isn't as difficult for them to adjust to on Fox shows.

And liberals -long used to the disparate treatment by other news stations of politicians based on their party affiliation, consider it "conservative" bias unless Fox interviewers don't have a harsh, more disrespectful interview with Republicans while lobbing nothing but softball questions and compliments at the Democrat.

This very real disparate treatment of candidates based on their party affiliation by liberal news media is just a slightly more muted version of the BLATANTLY and UNDENIABLY disparate treatment everyone saw the women of The View do for the Obamas vs. the McCains. That is what happens when news shows are populated with nothing but those who are overwhelmingly of just one side. Who is left to complain when news reporting starts becoming first filtered through the liberal viewpoint and increasingly disparate treatment of politicians based on their party affiliation by journalists seeps in if everyone working there is a liberal or so overwhelmingly outnumbers conservatives as to effectively shut down their ability to demand a less politically biased format?

Considering the fact that while the percent of Fox News employees, reporters, journalists, anchorpeople etc. who identify themselves as "liberal" is about 56% (still the majority), the percent of those at ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC who identify themselves as "liberal" is without exception -over 95% -it really shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out which is far more likely to present a one-sided bias in their reporting and show a very real difference in even how they interview people from both parties - and which is less likely.

The liberal whackos pretend that Fox News cannot possibly have a far less biased format when even though liberals still outnumber conservatives at that station, the numbers are close enough that each group can spot when it may go astray in EITHER direction and take steps to remedy it. But actually want people to believe that stations with nearly zero conservatives at all are the ones really making sure their political bias doesn't influence the reporting of the news and in how politicians from each party are treated? And then insist that their blatant political bias in favor of just one side which colors everything they do is actually UNBIASED and FAIR? ROFLMAO! People are not stupid - which is why the vast majority believe that the news media has a very real liberal bias that influences the way they report the news. Its because they do.
