question about clinton finances.....did they book the actual or future cost savings of closing the military bases and corrosponding military savings? and did they book the cost of the clean up in thier budget or push it into future budgets.....be carful here because my company is work on four projects on military bases in california .... and for some reason the clean up line item in the pre bush budget is zero....
