Explain what? That story is a year old. At best he's stretching old news into new news.

That's obviously referring to the same story that's a year old. More stretching. And there's a big difference between the color of napkins, and prohibitting what colors a student can wear.
You know it's funny, that's conspicuously absent from the lawsuit that was filed.
The big deal is that O'Reilly is making this shit up. It's a fake controversy.
The Daily show busted him on using a year-old clip as well. He's definitely stretching when it comes to this topic. One can only wonder why you would need to stretch as he does.
