Seriously. I mean, what? So off duty cop is at a bar. OK so far. People who are off work often go and consume adult beverages. An argument breaks out at the bar. Again, pretty normal. One of the people in the argument seeing he is outnumbered leaves the bar. Smart fellow.
The off duty cop flashes his badge and stops the other guy outside. Um, what? The friend of the off duty cop beats the living shit out of the guy while the cop stands there laughing. Wait a minute, this can't be true.
The two go back inside and laugh some more about the beating they threw on the victim including mimicking the convulsions the unconscious man was going through. I know, I must be lying right? Wrong.

Tell me again about how the cops are supposed to enforce the law? What law was being enforced when the cop used his badge, and authority, to set a guy up for a beating?
