Why is Obama hurting the children of North Carolina? Does he hate them? Is he discriminating against them? Why does he wage this war against precious little defenseless children? Why would you withhold education funding from little children? Why? Is he the second coming of hitler? **GASP!** omg maybe he is!

North Carolina is waging war against the LGBT community. They are going to pay by kissing federal funding goodbye. It's North Carolina's call.

There could be a cute little precious child in the 3rd grade right now that will find a solution to global warming in 15 years but that will not happen now because of the evil policies of the nazi regime at the White House. Now this child will not get the education to battle global warming. Why does Obama want to destroy the earth?

No they get to prosecute in front of Judge ...its their decision though to prosecute...that is what they do...enforce laws...

They can sue anyone for anything they want.

They would not win this one though. It's making a fools bet. They are trying to use brute force where logic failed.
