Democrat or Republican, every American should watch this. Obamacare clearly violates the Hipaa law and it's being hidden from the consumer who is being ordered to comply with it.

Just wondering what an "outraged informed thing" is. As far as violating the HIPAA law, I've read it on several occasions, before admitting someone to the hospital, and yes, ACA does violate it. Maybe that's why the code was hidden from the applicant. "No expectation of privacy".
