Actually, we have his signature and title from those periods. Unless you are claiming that those documents are forged or fraudulent which would be a crime

Since the Supreme Court said the additional fees associated with Obamacare indeed were a tax, the Congress has upheld the constitution in passing the tax, so it was out of the Supreme Court's hands constitutionally.

Obama should be squirming about getting caught, but serial liars think they can cover up one big one with several others.
