Plus there is the whole fact Biden took a different oath then Obama, so if you are using their arguement also Biden was not President either for three minutes. Another example of why the successors term begins at noon!

Was it just me, or did anybody else notice that in all the presidential debates, none of them were ever asked to explain how they would do what the oath of office says states they should do?
