Female employees in the Obama White House make considerably less than their male colleagues, records show.

According to the 2011 annual report on White House staff, female employees earned a median annual salary of $60,000, which was about 18 percent less than the median salary for male employees ($71,000).

From a purely objective viewpoint, women are less productive than men in the workforce.

Think about it. Most women will have children and will want maternity leave for each child. Women will call out sick more often so as to care for an ill child.

Add up all that time off and apply it to the entire work force and it's easy to see that women work less than men.

But since it's illegal to ask a woman if she plans on having kids or to make her sign a contract that states she won't have kids then what else is to be done than take the probability of lower production from women into account?

That's nuts! what if it is a single man raising a child, they do you know. Of course men can't work and run a household as woman can, as MY mother did, so they likely hire a nanny or a housekeeper or somebody. In a marriage, heaven forbid the man take a turn at picking up a child. But wasn't that supposed to be what the FMLA was all about that Clinton just couldn't wait to sign? That you be allowed to tend to family while working?

You're not looking at the issue from a purely objective viewpoint.

Most women don't.
