Obama on Unemployment: "At Least It's Not at 12, 13 or 15 Percent"

Jeremy, that type of nonsense is why your folks will keep losing. The American people no longer fall for your fear speech. Why? Americans are far more afraid of folks who think like you.

Gotcha!!

For the longest time you claimed to be a republican :eusa_liar:

Jobs crisis.....

Healthcare crisis.......

Banking crisis......

Environmental crisis.....

The fear speech is from the left wing kooks of your ilk ........

Which they are solving NONE of, btw......

You are not mainstream, driveby, only a far rightie without a clue. The crisis is MAJOR, you jerk, and it was caused and furthered by the Congresses and the Presidents from 1994 to 2006. The unemployment rate would have been over 20% if it had not been for the bipartisan bailouts, disappointing as they have been.

You have offered nothing but criticism: thus you are fail.

Too funny.

Without Obama who brought the unemployment rate up to double digits, according to the neo libs it would have been 20%.

Hey Jake, prove that it would have been over 20%?

driveby, you are a joke, you don't understand, you won't learn, you are taking oxygen others can use.

Arrogant fucker isn't he?

But I am right, cmike, and you aren't. You know, you should start giving fishing tours and learning ventriloquism than wasting your time here. You might find it more fulfilling.

If there ever was a reason for me to change my mind on abortion....jackie would have been it.

cmike has got me, I admit it. I am not to the far right Republican. As I stated last night several times (cmike was out giving fishing tours), I am a centrist and a Republican. cmike is not a republican: he is a far right contard without a clue. So hang in there, mikey. You are good for laughs.

Name me one president since FDR that had worst unemployment for this length of time. The only two periods that you could even start discussing are late 1970's and early 1980's and 1944-1946 time periods. This is longer then them. This president sucks and him and his party should be soundly defeated based on this alone come Nov 2010 and 2012.

Yeh, Matthew ~ 10.8% under Reagan. Either you are sophomoric or you are a liar. Maybe both.

Sorry, try again. :eusa_hand:

Reaganomics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

...During the Reagan administration, the American economy went from a GDP growth of -0.3% in 1980 to 4.1% in 1988 (in constant 2005 dollars) [10], which reduced the unemployment rate by 1.6%, from 7.1% in 1980 to 5.5% in 1988, but with peaks of around 9.5% in 1982 and 1983.[11] A net job increase of about 16 million also occurred (about the rate of population growth). Reagan’s administration is the only one not to have raised the minimum wage.[12] The inflation rate, 13.5% in 1980, fell to 4.1% in 1988...

One month. Maybe half as long as what Obama has. The overall(Peak) level didn't go as high, but the length is way worst then Carter or Reagan. Still fucking sucks and Bush and Clinton are far better presidents.

Matthew, it was 10% or more for more than half a year.

Once again...
