I heard one of our local talk show hosts (Tony Macrini 790am WNIS) address this and he said that as a broadcaster, etc. "you don't attack down, you attack up or across", meaning that you don't attack an unknown private person (Fluke) like you would a public figure who has the same or more notoriety than you do.

He said that FLUKE was, as she was seeking payment for having sex. Payment in the form of free birth control, provided by the Catholic church.
