Obama calls Romney speech 'a cow pie of distortion'

Sorry, but I never saw, much less signed that SumBitch.

But you'll partake of all its benefits. FREELOADER

The Social contract that the people have bound themselves to is the U.S. Constitution. In Theory, we are not bound when the government violates that contract, which is almost all the times now.

I was thinking about this and I wanted to clarify. I dont mean that we are no longer bound to the Constitution. We are. Im saying we aren't bound to government action outside the limits proscribed by the Constitution.

Is that like the "FREELOADERS" that take advantage of Christians and their work ethic, along with their generosity, and then turn around a say: 'we don't want to hear what you have to say, quit trying to run our lives', now pay your taxes so we can misuse that money.

CHRISTIAN WORK ETHIC! You mean the ones who made the US slave trade? There is so much wrong with that I do not even know where to start

Then please feel free not to.

Ahhh, there is some of that work ethic now. So lazy it cannot even work to defend itself.

Bullshit, republicans are all about telling America that we can't do anything but retreat on the American dream because it costs too much anymore. Maybe you do not see this as defeatist but it is.

The American dream starts with being able to do it on your own

They say that as they attempt to make sure that everyone is on their own by abandoning the social contract.

There is no "social contract." That's a myth perpetrated by con artists who want you convince you that they are entitled to take anything you have.

A contract implies that two parties willingly agreed. I never signed anything that said I would support other people's children with healthcare and education when they could provide for themselves. I never signed anything to agree to pay people that ate too much, disability (because they ate too much). People that truly need help have always been cared for in this country, even before the gov't decided that they and not the community would be the "authority" over who needed what. It amazes me that "legal" immigrants (even after paying all the fees and taxes to become citizens), can become independently wealthy by starting working in a minimum wage job, learning the ropes to move upward, when the people born in this country sit on their butts and cry that people are not helping them (enough).

The term "social contract" is the counterpart to "consent of the governed", what the government does to perpetuate their rule. The carrot and the stick. It's what the government does to keep order either by blunt force or hand-outs. Republicans want to change it to more stick less carrot.

There is no such contract

The Constitution was written because people had enough of the "stick". What dems/liberals/communists/socialists/homosexual activists/islamic extremists/environmentalists refuse to say out loud is that "their" way requires a "stick" to take from the "producers" and give it to the "select" (determined by the ruling party). The "carrot" is someone else's hard earned tax dollars, and people like you are assisting in the subjugation of your fellow man (all for your "beliefs").

pay real real close attention to the words Obama uses, and you can spot a con artist. The one pointing the finger is the one to watch.

Why don't you start by pointing out all the utopias that exist without Christianity!
