The 14th Amendment guarantees all persons in the United States equal protection of the law and fundamental due process rights, with regard to immigrants their status is Constitutionally irrelevant. See: Plyler v. Doe (1982).

The president is correct, in the eyes of the law all immigrants are equal.

The last president that treated illegals as they should be treated was Eisenhower. He rounded up thousands and sent them back in Operation Wetback. That's what we need to do now.

As a conservative you’re at least consistent in your ignorance and hate.

Needless to say such an ‘operation’ would be un-Constitutional and illegal today per Plyler.

But conservative disdain for the Constitution and rule of law is not surprising.

And if you read certain things like the Declaration of Independance, and the Constitution it states the same, that all men are created equal.
