Also, from what I've read Mrs. Trump didn't win a settlement. Instead, a judge refused to dismiss her libel suit. Her case was found to have enough merit to go forward, but it hasn't been tried.

Also, from what I've read Mrs. Trump didn't win a settlement. Instead, a judge refused to dismiss her libel suit. Her case was found to have enough merit to go forward, but it hasn't been tried.

Actually Tramp already lost in one state court, and in typical nuisance suit fashion is trying in another state court.
