You prohibit refugees and undocumented from seeking medical care so they stay in the shadows and infect others. Hopefully they are not sick but if they are carriers of communicable diseases, they will encounter people on the bus they ride to work, the subway they may ride, standing in line at the super market, etc…

You encourage refugees and undocumented to seek medical care and you lessen the chance that they will infect others.

Disease outbreaks are very expensive to deal with. If nothing else, in terms of overtime for phlebotomists, epidemiologists, and public health workers; this is beyond the loss of revenue from sick workers who do not show up for their jobs, the worried well who will tax the system when they have symptoms (but do not have the disease) and show up at the ER….the PPE that one must wear as a precaution X however many workers are activated to address the outbreak.

Pennies for amoxicillin, biltricide, flagyl and other medications makes much more sense than allowing disease to spread because you hate someone.
