Now ABC, CBS and NBC Refuse to Run Trump Campaign Ad Blasting them as ‘Fake News’
Donald Trump’s ongoing feud with TV networks not named ‘Fox News’ has clicked into a new gear as ABC, CBS and NBC have all joined CNN in refusing to run an ad from the president’s re-election campaign committee.

The ad shows hosts from all four networks under a banner that reads ‘FAKE NEWS.’

This shouldn't be all that surprising. Like we keep saying to the sheeple the media dictates what you think, they control what you think by not providing you with real information. or it remains one sided which is totally unfair to everyone when it comes down to ti. This is what helps create groups like ANTIFA their stupidity doesn't' see both sides of the fence as the Bill Ayers brainwashing already set into the weak minds of those who can't see reality.

It is a lie to say they are reporting fake news. They are the fake news. This truly is Orwellian and I'm glad ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN have tried to hold the line. Speech can be free speech, but even America has laws about truth in advertising.

I have been reluctant to address this issue. Despite some strangeness I do like MindWars. However this reliance on Infowars and basically reproducing their website deserves at least a mention. Infowars has spent years building up a reputation for being somewhat less credible than the National Enquirer or even the Globe.

WHAT are you talking about? Tell your boy to stop lying and there won't be a problem. Controversial Facebook study is just tip of an iceberg
In the wake of last week’s revelations that Facebook allowed researchers with direct links to the Department of Defense to conduct manipulative experiments on its users by influencing their news feeds, new reports have emerged detailing how the Pentagon is funding dozens more studies into how to influence and control social media.

Reporters with The London Guardian reveal that DARPA, the Pentagon-run Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, is engaged in multiple programs targeting Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Kickstarter and other popular social media sites.

The source is DARPA’s own website, where the shadowy research arm of the military has posted a list of projects funded under its Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program, with links to documents.

“The general goal of the Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program is to develop a new science of social networks built on an emerging technology base,” the website states.

“Through the program, DARPA seeks to develop tools to support the efforts of human operators to counter misinformation or deception campaigns with truthful information.”

Of course, what the Pentagon considers to be “truthful information” can just as easily be described as outright propaganda.

There's no need to "guess" --- I can tell you right now. The FCC is made up of five Commissioners who serve staggered terms to prevent any President from stacking it, and by law those Commissioners have to be from different political parties. It's currently headed by a Republican, for what it's worth.

All of which is meaningless trivia here, because a commercial entity declining to sell ad time has nothing in the world to do with the FCC.
