Time for the state of Maryland to launch a full scale investigation into this state crime that Mr. Kavanaugh is being accused of.
Further, Ms. Ford's therapist is a mandatory reporter, and the therapist's failure to report this crime against a minor in 2012 was a apparent violation of his or her Mandatory Reporter Status. The therapist's license should by immediately suspended with expulsion. Whether or not this is a crime or not is something which should be looked into as well.
Ms. Ford herself is the principal witness in these alleged crimes. Her reluctance to testify and the fact that she did flee to California, she should be arrested and held in the Montgomery County jail on a material witness warrant until this matter is resolved IMHO.
