..but he didn't so your fantasy scenario is invalid. Why do you want to change the subject now?
Why not discuss THIS case, rather than figments of your imagination?
If he had gunned down a white kid, he'd be in prison. Everyone knows this.

What makes you think that? No one likes thugs, no matter what color they are. Whats to like about them? They suck and they should all be shot by the police. Quit race baiting...but he didn't so your fantasy scenario is invalid. Why do you want to change the subject now?

May as well make Crump judge, Sharpton the foreman and you and the Brown family in the jury. The negro didn't get shot for stealing cigars, though. He got killed for punching a cop and trying to take his weapon.
2 separate, violent felonies..Wilson didn't violate any laws by shooting a fleeing..(or attacking) felon.
Hate it for you.
Good, legal shoot
So let's put him on trial in front of 12 people from that community and see what they say. Sounds fair.
Nothing gives credence to the accomplice's lies.Let me get this right; The New York Times releases this story reported to be telling Officer Wilson's side. I read the story, and it still gives credence to Michael Brown's accomplice's side of the story. .
I think they're just trying to sell papers.

He bobs and weaves and changes details every time he speak, and, is a convicted liar.
A first year law student would rip him apart on cross examination were anyone stupid enough to call him as a witness.

I won't ask if you saw the convenience store video because I'm quite sure you did. What is most interesting to me is in spite of that your instinct is to defend the bullying sonofabitch.HOW do you know who or what Brown was?[...]
There are two kinds of Black citizens in America. There are decent, civilized Black people -- and there are niggars like "Big Mike" Brown and those who ignore his anti-social propensity and defend him in spite of it.
And in my opinion, which I'm sure is shared by many others, including many Blacks, the world would be a better place without these niggars -- whose very existence is the reason why racism remains constant.
If you are Black, and if you are sometimes subjected to exclusion and other effects of racism, you can blame it on niggars like Brown.
I saw the video. Brown was no angel. But he was entitled to a fair trial. He did not deserve to be shot six times, almost like a one-man lynching.
The spontaneous outcry of the construction worker deserves much weight. In law, an ''excited utterance to a startling event'' is not only an exception to the hearsay rule but also compelling evidence that an event occurred as it did because there is no time for fabrication.
The racial slurs used on this thread may well be the kind of ignorant and disgusting slurs heard in Ferguson; and it is no surprise that violence erupts.
Take away the right to a trial for one man deemed to be a ''thug'' diminishes the right for everyone. You never know how someone might be judging you or your right to live. We then become worse than the Nazis.
What the fuck are you talking about fair trial? For what killing Wilson if Wilson didn't defend himself? You people are STUPID. I mean absolutely, positively fucking retarded. How dumb can you be sir?
I don't think so.If he had gunned down a white kid, he'd be in prison. Everyone knows this.
Talk to some black people in the military, they will tell you they hate n!ggers.
Chris Rock is one of the most successful stand-up comics. His success is predicated on the very simple rule that many a truth is said in jest. Chris Rock is gifted with a rare philosophical skill which enables him to find humor in truth and irony.Only on an anonymous board do people try to get away with that Chris Rock bullshit.
Tell you what, go talk to decent, law-abiding black folks, and tell them about the "*******." Go ahead. Have some guts.
First, I would have no reason or wish to offend decent, law-abiding Black people.
But if I did, what would happen? Some big badass, like "Big Mike" Brown would attack me? Probably. Unless I were Brown's size, in which case the badass would say and do nothing.
And while you're in that frame of mind I urge you to give some thought to why so many badasses are doing time. And why others, like Mike Brown, have no more time to do.
You need to understand the difference between "guts" and stupidity.
That would depend on how well acquainted we were and the context of conversation. Generally I carefully avoid offending anyone whom I respect and have no cause to offend. Why would you have a problem with saying "******" in front of decent black folks? Don't you think they have just as much of, if not more of, a grasp on the difference between themselves and "*******"?
I don't know what part of the Country you live in, but I'm from New York and and New Jersey and having been around for quite a few years I can confidently disagree with that presumption.Of course, they also have, I guarantee, been called "******" at least a few times in their lives, even as decent, law-abiding, hard-working black men and women.
Again, based on my experience, Black people who avoid problems don't have any. But I will be interested in reading about any personal experiences you've had or witnessed which would support your argument.Isn't that a damned shame, Mike? It's almost like black folks can't win with some people.

Based on my experience and observation Black people are never abused or offended here in the north, where Jim Crow never lived, unless they do something to provoke hostility.

I asked you for recollections of personal experience and observations, not vague reference to hearsay.Based on my experience (in New York), every black person I've ever spoken to on the subject has a story of being harassed because of their race. Now, do I go asking every black person I meet? No. What I do is talk to many, many people of color regularly. Why, we recently had a local story of a white woman on video calling a black guy a "******" because he started his car next to her children.
Again, Mike, with some people black folks can't win. Undoubtedly, racists will find lots of ways in which a black person "provokes hostility."

Do you think police never kill White people?
