Two articles that caught my attention. One about a school in Brooklyn called P-Tech. Viceo and story @ The School That Is Changing American Education | TIME.com with a link to another in Chicago @ The School That Will Get You a Job - TIME

How many more are out there? And, why aren't we hearing more about them? Wonder what their graduation rate is and how many graduates are actually getting jobs.

Wish schools were more about critical thinking and analysis than memorization and recitation. Facts are useful n all, but I think more emphasis on how to think critically about facts is better.
