Studies have shown that this high percentage makes them uniquely adapted to longer durations of high stress activity, at extreme altitude, by way of their bodies better utilizing the available oxygen in that particular environment.

You have a point. Nearly all American born negros have had injections of caucasiod DNA. Being that the Subsaharan African is the most ancient living example of humans it might be possible that the traits of the common ancestor of neanderthals, and Subsaharan Africans might become more strongly expressed.
