The comments made at the beginning of the video he released are made up of lies. She was not working for the USDA and she was not discriminating against white people while working at the USDA. You conveniently forget that.

I don't have sound on this computer, so I can't review the tape. But didn't she say something about only doing the minimum to assist him, based on her thoughts?? If so, then her thoughts did impact her actions. I think she'd choose to handle the situation differently today.
