If President Putin continues to be cozying up to the Americans there must be free speech and Assad should tell him to either be with Syria or leave it. What superpower does Russia represent if it cannot deny Nato to destroy its allies? Putin agreed to an US proposal to include "opposition" figures into the Syrian government and puts pressure on Assad to also agree to this craze. The alternative would be a possible US intervention. Rebuilding a democratically elected government is unconstitutional, it also does not meet the standards the US claims to represent. Thus, this dissembling proposal is another attempt to undermine Syria´s authority and shift it towards terrorists. Of course, after gaining a foothold in the Syrian institutions, the US will demand more and more. At the beginning of Russia´s entry into the war, Putin made clear he fights on the side of the legitimate President, which is President Assad. Lavrov added: "If it looks like a terrorist, if it acts like a terrorist, if it walks like a terrorist, if it fights like a terrorist, it’s a terrorist, right?"
Now, Putin agrees to include this elements into the Syrian government! All the fallen, all the injured would be degraded, all the suffering and withstanding would be for nothing. Mr. Assad cannot allow this to happen.
Putin must now equip the Syrian forces with the most sophisticated arms he has. There must be S-400, Panzir S1, BUK, Su 34 and Su 35 in proper quantity. Syria also needs Su 24, Su 25, Mig 29 and Mig 31 in large numbers. Deployed must be furthermore large numbers of MBTs, APCs and artillery pieces and the Syrian army must also be equipped with means of electronic warfare and reconnaissance. Syria has shown for the 20 past years until 2011 that it was able to reduce national debt to zero and it will be able to pay for the stuff when the situation has stabilized.
The period of the CoH has witnessed several of the most bloody months of this war and it is clear that the axis of evil will not stop to put terrorist and economic pressure on Syria until it reaches its goal and Syria is gone.
