Of this, I am fairly certain of its veracity.

Just a couple hours after Trump Jr. responded to an email promising dirt on Clinton which he received from a Russian:

"I am going to give a major speech, on probably Monday of next week, and we're gonna be discussing all the things that have taken place with the Clintons. The dirt was never delivered, and neither was Trump's "major speech" about the Clintons.
