What they need is
1. Legalized drugs...No one should go to prison for doing drugs!
2. More money for education in these areas. They should have books and supplies. Cant we all agree that this is important!
3. More police with better training. Yes, these people need more law enforcement not less...

So at the end of the day loserteriansim also isn't the answer!

What a laugh, inner cities and surrounding neighborhoods will be lucky if their is one business left downtown. Other than government, what private businesses would want to invest in areas where they risk being burned down every night.
Rioting and raising hell looks like is going to be the norm going forward, who the fuck would want to be part of that ?

1. Not enough tax income to afford police and schools.
2. The people don't care to better themselves to become tax payers.

The idea that people shouldn't pay taxes and should let things fall to shit is counterproductive.
