1) You use that term when you are losing arguments. It's kind of sad, really.
2) There's no "Freedom of Religion" issue here. Freedom of religion does not allow you to impose your backward-ass bronze age superstitions on your students, customers or employees.
3) See above. Fluke didn't sign up for Catholicism's view on birth control (that 96% of Catholic women IGNORE anyway.)
4) The point is retarded. Palin is a politician, Fluke isn't.
5) No one has disproven the issue of her fellow student with Ovarian Cysts. A woman should not have to jump through hoops to get medical care that was promised.

Either he was lying when he claimed 40 million or he was lying when he claimed it was never larger than the 22 million it grew to after after calling Fluke a slut.
