In other words when a single record was once set in New York City back in the 30's now we have a thousand records set based on every thermometer reading from Westchester to Suffolk County. The need is probably in excess of 500 by the middle of the century, but I'd be willing to support that effort if we can establish a stringent set of design and operational regulations and guidelines.
