More evidence of deferential treatment for Don.

Joe has admitted his transgressions many times as he is demented. No one says a word.
Except for every right wing media source in the country. What transgressions are you referring to?

The point being that your screed about the justice system is, shall we say, less than authoritative.
Based on your posts, why should I give a damn about your opinion?

Jonathan Goodman, the magistrate judge assigned to handle Donald J. Trump’s arraignment, did something of a double take during the proceeding on Tuesday, when the Justice Department offered the former president a bond deal that was not merely lenient but imposed virtually no restrictions on him at all. Jack Smith, the special counsel overseeing the prosecution for the department, opted not to request conditions routinely imposed on other defendants seeking to be released from custody, like cash bail, limits on domestic travel or turning in his passport.

But Judge Goodman, tasked with hashing out a bond agreement during a one-day cameo appearance on the case, was not entirely on board. He suggested that Mr. Trump be compelled to “avoid all contact with co-defendants, victims and witnesses except through counsel.” Mr. Smith’s deputy, David Harbach, joined Mr. Trump’s lawyers in opposing that idea — but the judge imposed a version of it anyway.

Mr. Smith’s decision not to demand any conditions at the arraignment, people familiar with the situation said, reflected a belief that prosecutors should avoid impairing Mr. Trump’s ability to campaign.

In Trump Prosecution, Special Counsel Seeks to Avoid Distracting Fights

A Washington Post investigation found that more than a year would pass before prosecutors and FBI agents jointly embarked on a formal probe of actions directed from the White House to try to steal the election. Even then, the FBI stopped short of identifying the former president as a focus of that investigation.

A wariness about appearing partisan, institutional caution, and clashes over how much evidence was sufficient to investigate the actions of Trump and those around him all contributed to the slow pace. Garland and the deputy attorney general, Lisa Monaco, charted a cautious course aimed at restoring public trust in the department while some prosecutors below them chafed, feeling top officials were shying away from looking at evidence of potential crimes by Trump and those close to him, The Post found.

Not to mention the multiple opportunities the Orange Menace was afforded to return the classified docs he stole. As well as the assignment of a judge to his case with a history of bending if not breaking the law to aid his defense.

Far from being persecuted, Trump left the DoJ no choice but to investigate and eventually indict him. To not do so would have been a dereliction of Garland's duty to the country. Because Trump's actions involve a compromise of the nation's security and an existential threat to the core of our democracy. But most of all because they involve violations of law.
If it was actual deferential....he would have been treated as other ex presidents and would not have been indicted for non crimes.

The ones on video. The ones on cheating in the election. the ones on him almost fornicating with children. and the ones where he habitually lies. This man stinks. He smells. And that is before he started to put his depends on. 50 years of changing views every couple of years. He works for the powerful. And has made massive profits for them and increased their power where they are a step or two to total global dominance. He may be faking this as to not answer questions.

Assertions you are unable to refute.
Assertions which I do refute.

Was he impeached? Yep. Absolutely partisan political theater and bullshit from start to finish.

Has he been indicted, twice? Yep. But pointing to those outcomes of a biased and politically corrupted justice system is hardly a valid basis for any of your claims. As you know.

The other snippet which I quoted from your dopey post applies more so to Brandon than it does (as you falsely contend) to Trump.

But again, since you are all hack all the time, you solely focus on Trump. You’re a transparent hypocrite and have zero credibility.

I'm not surprised that's the view from Earth 2. Here on Earth 1 he committed crimes for which he has been indicted. There are no parallels to other presidents.

Okay, so you have nothing but regurgitated falsehoods. I hoped for better, but I'm not surprised you delivered zilch.

🙄. Straight from the bug80 school of “because I say so.”
for which he has been indicted.

Big forgets the reason for the word “alleged” and then doesn’t bother to use it.
There are no parallels to other presidents.
You mean other presidents weren’t subjected to this much overtly hostile political maliciousness? That would be correct.

If Jack Smith's investigation/indictment is part of a grand scheme by the corrupt Biden admin to interfere with Trump's re-election bid, as Trump claims, why aren't they interfering as they could?
