STORY AT-A-GLANCE​

• In May 2022, the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, Eric Schmitt and Jeff Landry, along with the New Civil Liberties Alliance and a few individual plaintiffs, filed a lawsuit against Biden, arguing the White House is engaged in illegal suppression of protected speech
• Discovery documents show at least 67 federal employees across more than a dozen agencies have been engaged in illegal censorship activities
• In early July 2023, Judge Terry Doughty granted the plaintiffs’ injunction, prohibiting federal agencies and Biden administration officials from working with social media companies to limit protected speech
• September 8, 2023, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld part of the lower court’s injunction, banning the White House, surgeon general, CDC and FBI from influencing social media companies to remove “disinformation.” This is a major win, but amendments to the injunction may leave loopholes
• Most disturbingly, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is excluded from the appellate court’s injunction. CISA appears to have played a major role in the government’s censorship of Americans, so by excluding CISA, government censorship may continue via third party partners

This fish stinks from the head down because Biden is the only person who can call for a “whole-of-government” operation, who has been wont to do on multiple occasions.
Part of this conspiracy sought to run Dr. Joseph Mercola out of business, among others. In addition, the illegal attacks against Free Speech and the First Amendment are absolutely egregious.
But, this question needs to asked: what was the role of the Technocrats outside government? Were they willing participants or perhaps the drivers of the whole conspiracy in first place? ⁃ TN Editor

Democrat in government don’t care who knows they are fully corrupt and don’t care about Laws, the US constitution or the Bill of Rights unless they can use it to their advantage.
Our corrupt Democrats in government look down on us. In their eyes we are less than subhuman because they hold in common with Soviet Stalinist and Hitler's regime Darwinism as origin account. Darwinism posits man as chance product of evolution working on matter. We are nothing but aggregates of matter in the form of ape of evolution. We have no rights whatsoever.
At its founding this nation was grounded in uniquely Christian presuppositions. The radical concept of humans as God's ensouled image bearers is the root and ground of man as person. From this presupposition our Constitutional rights are derived. We have freedom to speak because our inner person (soul) thinks. Our brains are how our inner person interfaces with the world.
We have failed to protect the worldview that gave us our humanity and rights and now we are contemptible sub-humans in the eyes of the Marxian Socialist evil.

The freedom to speak..yes. The freedom to tell lies and spread misinformation without fear of repercussion or consequence..no. Courts have already ruled on the limitations of the first amendment. Used to be in this country, you had to back your bullshit up with facts, otherwise, you'd be pilloried..or sued out of existence. Now?, those that spread lies run and hide behind the 1st Amendment in the name of a just and righteous "Christian" belief in a manifest destiny. Hoping all the while that the organizations and people they smear won't come after them because they are small fish in a big pond.
