This is a modernism-mischief sarcasm vignette inspired by the consciousness-distress film K-PAX.

Dragon-Man was a prophet of pure mischief so he visited with the utilitarianism-absolutism philosopher Machiavelli who explained to him that mischief is only a means to an end, and when Dragon-Man asked Machiavelli what the 'goal' of mischief (in its absolute sense) could actually mean, Machiavelli suggested that mischief is a way to achieve anarchy without hesitation or thought (regarding social prioritization).

Dragon-Man concluded that prioritization was the ultimate 'totem' of governance which 'shields' civilization from the 'dread' of subversive forces such as terrorism, arson, vandalism, adultery, and extortion. When politicians and priests use prioritization models to assign the labors of law-enforcement, duties are distributed more efficiently. When prioritization models fail, there are delays in civics functioning.

Dragon-Man realized that mischief was a way to get to anarchy very quickly, without any consideration for the prioritization of leadership, authority, empathy, or self-improvement. Mischief could therefore 'help' Dragon-Man 'justify' a 'neglect' of any prioritization model which would hinder his speed towards 'achieving' deeds of mischief aimed at 'realizing' scenes of real anarchy.

Dragon-Man decided to use mischief to subvert the Trump Administration's plan to end nuclear war threats with North Korea. President Trump was using trade-routes with South Korea to create peace and stability in the region, so Dragon-Man decided to create mistrust with North Korean politicians regarding the successes of the South Korean consumer electronics company Samsung. Dragon-Man realized that mischief created pain in the modern world, simply because economic prioritization was too...boring!
