Yeah, I’ve heard that narrative and disagree. He just wasn’t a party puppet. Major initiatives like healthcare should be worked on in a bipartisan fashion and promises made during campaigns should be followed through with. It wasn’t right what Obama did with the ACA, you all bring it up all the time... so don’t be a hypocrite and do the same thing. It’s time to get our government back on track and stop perpetuating the war of two parties.

So IOW, because the Republicans didn’t have the balls to repeal Obamacare in full, though they voted to repeal it 45 times when Obama was President, they opted for skinny repeal instead. And because they couldn’t pass what they promised for many years, they opted to retain one of the core aspects of Obamacare. And because they couldn’t pass Obamacare-lite, that’s McCain’s fault?

And now that all the “RINOs” are gone, you think that conservatives are now more likely to support Obamacare-lite?
