RINO's and Swamp Rats Cost the GOP the House

Rush Limbaugh reminded us all yesterday why we no longer have the House of Representatives. This is the problem with so much insane news every day that you end up forgetting most of it.

Remember when about 55 Republican Representatives decided to quit and retire? They were typical RINO swamp rats who were convinced that Trump was going make them lose reelection and they did not want to be part of the minority after being part of the majority, so they retired. Unfortunately the GOP had to put up unknown newbies in their place and most of them lost.

Of course history shows that politicians who tied themselves to Trump won biggly. If those idiot swamp rat RINO Republicans had just stuck by their Republican President they would still be in the majority and the GOP would still be in the majority in the House.

Of course we all know that Democrats cheated in recent elections and that certainly hurt, but it could have been overcome if it were not for the feckless swamp-rat loser RINOs.
I dont miss the RINOs who retired

they got to keep the unspent campaign donations in their re-election fund and now they can be replaced by republicans who have not become swamp rats yet

I saw Rush one time. He was walking out of a ritzy Palm Beach restaurant followed by a half dozen assistants and toadies. I was in my delivery truck. I waved and he didn't wave back. Real man of the people.

I believe govt always is better if one corrupt party doesn't control all 3. There has to be an opposing side so things run better.

<pffffft>

oxyboy - the bloviating, hypocritical, anal cysted draft dodger will be worm bait soon enough.

In one breath we call for term limits and with the next breath we condemn those who don't stay forever.

Totally irrelevant comment. If they had left to make room for others that would be fine. But they left because they did not stand by their own party's president, which is not fine, and they screwed everyone else as a result of their stupidity - also not fine.

When a politician leaves what happened is what will always happen. The incumbent is gone. Trump called for term limits and here you are condemning those who limited their terms.

Term limits like Trump wanted doesn't allow for one to determine why they would leave. Are you arguing that Trump is wrong on term limits? That those who argue for it are wrong?

When were term limits passed? I must have missed that

Look at the RINOs - or worse in high positions in the Administration! Esper, Krebs, Rosenstein, etc

You didn't miss an opportunity to be dishonest about my argument though.

nor would i ever say 'drug users ought to be sent up ' at the same time i was using drugs.

because i have ethics & morals; & take family values seriously.

lol ...

Ronald Reagan, the founder of modern Conservatism, famously said. I was a Democrat until the party left me.

The problem is that you and the rest of the Fan Boys expect us to March in lockstep. With blind faith that Trump will do right. Eventually.

It was the promise of the Soviets. We have Socialism today. But one day. Way off in the future. We will have true Communism.

Nobody expected the Soviets to actually do it. Just as we did not expect Trump to actually do anything he said. He could have. Nothing could have stopped him. But he did not do it.

What the fuck are you blabbing about

You blame RINO’s for leaving and exposing the House to the Democrats. Perhaps the party left them. Perhaps they were disgusted with the state of the Party. Perhaps they could no longer endure the flying spittle of enraged fanboys like yourself.

You listen to Rush Limbaugh?
They all do, religiously, as does Trump.

Won't catch you listening to someone you disagree with. Nothing but fake news for you.

Trump is the Godfather of talk Radio. He is the best. As a libertarian I tend to agree with him on fiscal issues and disagree with him on social and military issues, but he's entertaining. Sad you don't know that since you disagree with him and that means you can't listen to him

That really doesn't make sense. There's no reason either side should fall on a sword. Term limits would apply across the board. Doing it selectively means you never have seniority

If we had term limits what was being complained about would happen all the time.

Yes, both parties would constantly have to defend seats that were vacated by their party due to term limits. It wouldn't only be one party that self selected to vacate. You say that like it's different than what I said the first time

I listen to Rush just about every day. Hannity when I can. Levin when I can. That's how I know what and how you guys think. It's how I can predict how you guys will behave.

I love the online Freudian slip of yours, saying that "Trump is the Godfather of talk radio". How appropriate, since his entire presidency has been a Rush Limbaugh/Sean Hannity production.

I'm so glad I'm not like you.

Virtue signaling, LOL. Rush is an entertainer. He calls himself an entertainer. He's no thought leader, he's just entertaining

Bullshit. Trump infuses news, politically commentary, and some entertainment. But he is a far better and more intelligent political analyst than any of the ones on cable news.

And once again, Rush is not the topic of the goddamned thread!!
