Marriage Equality Cases are now in all but 3 Homophobic States

Marriage equality has always existed. Men and women have been allowed to marry each other regardless of whether they like to fudge pack or muff dive. As long as they marry the opposite gender. Always been allowed.

This is not a sound argument. The vulgar terms don't help.

Please post your reasoning.

On which part would you like me to elaborate, the obvious fallacies or the vulgarity?

Having failed at the ballot box the homo lobby has managed to impose gay marriage through judicial dictatorship, the will of the people be damned.

Ignorant, hateful nonsense.

In our Constitutional Republic the issue was never to be placed on the ballot to begin with, as the people have never had the authority to determine who will or will not have his civil liberties.

The notion of subjecting Americans’ civil rights to ‘majority rule’ is repugnant to the Constitution, which is why such state measures seeking to deny gay Americans their rights are being invalidated.

They're just being sore losers. Not a single case has gone "their way" so they simply must decry "judicial activism". It's just angry posturing. The dying gasps of the anti gay crowd.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The power to decide what is and is not marriage is a power of the states. It has always been seen that way. There were very limited exceptions made, i.e. interracial marriage. Otherwise it has been for states to decide what constitutes marriage.
Gays hold exactly the same rights as anyone else. It is not an issue of civil rights at all, no matter how many times the ignorant try that argument.

With a 15-0 record...I'm confident going into the finals.
