We have multiple reports from individuals that the bar mentioned in the video called the police and said Kelly had been breaking into cars. Multiple witnesses said that he was actually picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot. That call to the police started a chain reaction that lead to infamous police beating murder of Kelly Thomas.

Cops should be required to volunteer at mental health clinics.
Something like this could have happened to my brother many times over the years.
He sure asked for it with his behavior at times.
I guess he was just lucky.
