Man Arrested for Wearing McCain Palin T-Shirt

It's probably good that he was arrested. Otherwise that mob may have killed him.

NObama NEver

Yup expect crap like this from now Until Obama is no longer President. You all claim Bush took away our rights , here is a perfect example of rights being denied and it aint Bush doing it.

can't you just see the judge laughing those cops right outta court? Arrested over a tee shirt is not somehting I would want to bring before the bench.

I don't agree with him being arrested at all. They should've let him do his thing.

but I have a Question: why was he in the middle of an Obama celebration wearing a McCain/Palin t-shirt to begin with? Not that it's not his right, it is, just seems pretty stupid to me.

I'd also be interested to see what he was doing prior to the camera being turned on. For all we know he was shouting terrorist/muslim/socialist, etc like they did at the McCain/Palin rallies.

Interesting that the camera man just "happened" to be there huh?

I am more interested in knowing why the mob felt he could not walk among them with a McCain tee shirt on. Whatever happened to tolerence?

Like I said, I'd be interested to know what he was saying and doing before the camera was turned on. If he were making an ass out of himself, saying inappropriate things then yes he should've been removed...it's called disorderly conduct.

I don't agree with the supporters chanting Obama over and over, but it would indicate that perhaps there was something more to the story than just the t-shirt.

yea.. the film seems suspiciously butchered only show the man being arrested. I wonder why the cops were called in the first place. Doubtful that it was just because someone was wearing a mccan shirt.

this reeks of the carved B and black eye girl IMO.

Wonder when it'll come out that the guy was causing a disburbance and not simply some innocent in the crowd who happened to be wearing a McCain/Palin t-shirt??

Well, the person narrating the goings on did not indicate anything other than the guy wore the tee shirt and refused to leave citing his freedom of speech.

well, whatever, we were promised change, and by golly we're getting it. Oh happy day.

I don't think he should be arrested for the shirt at all, nor do I thik he was planted in there like the infamous "B" girl, but I do think he's a complete idiot

and you don't find it a wee bit strange that the cameraman and the guy with the t-shirt just HAPPENED to be in the middle of an Obama celebration? nor do you find it strange the the commentary is that "this is how it will be from now on"?

They went there LOOKING for trouble. Clearly they didn't just walk into the crowd wearing a t-shirt and have the cops called on them.

Why would the crowd give a crap about a t-shirt when their guy had just bitch slapped McCain with over 300 electoral votes? Seems to me they'd laugh their asses off at the guy more than anything else...especially with that ugly hat he was wearing in addition to the shirt.

well, assume your paranoid self is correct. They were still a mob and he was still carted away in handcuffs. Was everybody involved in this conspiracy doyathink?

paranoid? I'm giving an alternate theory. One that is equally as plausible as the one presented in the video, don't you think?

and what mob? They were there celebrating Obama's victory... and they were standing a good 20 feet from him chanting like idiots...hardly carrying sticks or thorwing things at him, which is what a mob would do IMO.

no, I obviously disagree. I don't think it was a set up. The mob had a choice, to either let the man walk freely among them or yell and scream for his arrest why booing loudly and flailing their fists. Decency or no decency, that was the choice.
