He's about ran out of time and any day now we should get his official announcement on what he is going to do. I say he's not going to run. Hillary had a good night at the debate and I think that acquiesced a lot of concern around her and hurt Biden's reasons for running

He was smart to stay out of the recent debate...but he's going in.

Out of the 3 of them he has the cleanest bio, is most trustworthy, and the only one not a closet or admitted Socialist.

He's old and he just had an 8 year stint as VP. There's no upside for him he can quit now on top or risk losing to Hillary, or in the general, or getting elected and being branded an idiot and mistake.
