Lots of beauty in San Francisco for sure, but its reputation as a dirty, crime ridden city is a label they are getting and it is sticking. Government employees working at the Pelosi Federal Building were given permission to work from home because crime around the building makes it dangerous to go there.

Maybe one day the politicians of San Francisco will work to fix the issues and restore the entire city back to the beauty it was.

I've been the ferry building as recently as last October. It was absolutely gorgeous. The town was beautiful. We took the trollies down the pier to the exploratorium after wandering through the farmers markets and street fairs. Gorgeous views, fantastic food, amazing public transit, just lovely.
